No one, the movie never mentioned Paul Mantz who was hired to be her technical advisor and the was fired by Putnam because her feared Mantz and Amelia were having an affair.
The movie makes no mention of her chopping her trailing antenna off, and that radio navigation and not celestial navigation was the key to her finding Howland IS.
The movie never motioned her friendship with aviatrix Jackie Cochran or that Cochran advised her not to try the flight.
The movie stated she was trying to be the first person to ever fly around the world. Wiley Post had already done it twice in a Lockheed Vega once was solo
