The King Piccolo Saga [Dragonball], also known as the Piccolo Daimaoh Saga (Demon Lord Piccolo Saga) is the penultimate saga from the anime Dragonball. It occurs after the Tien Shinhan Saga and precedes the Piccolo Junior Saga. It includes the battles between Goku and King Piccolo’s sons, Goku’s first encounter with the Samurai warrior, Yajirobe, Goku’s quest to find the Holy Water, his final battle with young King Piccolo, and the birth of Piccolo Junior.

I am really irked that Piccolo isn’t green and lacks anntenna’s! He looks like Nosferatu, and I like Justin Chatwa, but NOT AS GOKU!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jeez, he isn’t even buff. The Goku that I know and luv is bury, not a 98 pound weakling!! Such a drag.

I agree. This film is going down hard for all fans of original manga or anime. At first, without reading the title of this trailer I though that this is another kung-fu film, and it looked like it with all thoes fancy areobics, but I was disappointed when the Dragonball names showed up. Can’t comment about how the plot is brought to this film nor how will it end up but I can predict that this will be a total disaster! … probably just another bad film about fictional world and characters … Please don’t make films just because nobody did it before.

Hahaha… OMG this has gotta be the funniest crap I’ve seen. Firstly, yes it is from the Dragonball saga but it still doesnt excuse the stupidity of it. If you’re going to be making a film about a really popular show, you better stick to the facts or at least make an adaptation thats even worth swallowing.
And in the words of my good friend, “I could take a shit, then, get 10 other people to take a shit onto that shit, and it would look more like Goku.” Seriously, wtf is Mai? And where’s Krillin? He’s like Goku’s BFF.
Sadly though, I’d watch the movie. Just for laughs, of course, and certainly not in the movies. Dont wanna be wasting precious dollars on shit.

this movie looks like dragonball z got taken, crapped all over by the entire b grade acting cast, rolled through a garbage tip, cut up and mixed in with the OC and dawnsons creek, then they got a bunch of kung foo movies that nobody watched, chucked them in for good measure, then put it all together and called it dragonball.
at least they could have made it in the future the cars are supposed to frikken fly for gods sake if your budget sucks hard dont make a movie

Honestly… I actually started to curse the film but now Im glad they are making this happen. Sorry yall but i believe that this movie is going to keep DBZ’s history alive. I mean live action movies have to have something different in them anyway. Now it would be crap if they would make the characters the same as in the cartoon. This is not so bad. Transformers turned out ok… and Spiderman… Fantastic 4… movies from cartoons. They will make sequels so they say so lets just hope it gets better. AND THEY WONT MESS UP FREEZA!!! First off the plot in this movie goes picollo was seal away for 2000 years. That is why he looks white at first. Eventually in the movie he will get the 7 dballs and wish for his youth again and become green. Krillin is not in this movie because he is dead.
Its hard to judge by this trailer it kinda looks fake. I could have sworn ive seen that guy rolling throw the fire like that on a different move at first i thougt i was romeo must die but it wasnt it.
Guess we just have to wait and see. They should have had more fan input on it !!!!

This movie suck’s so bad and every time i watch this trailer i die alittle on the inside. I had no idea there where so many stupid people out there!!! I would rather hook a tube up to my own ass and swallow my own diarrhoea all day rather then pay to watch this “movie”. As long as you defend this movie, your taste is absolute garbage, sorry.

Seriously though who actually thought when they announced this it was going to be any good? Unfortunatly the number of DB fans pales in comparison to the number of movie fans that the film industry has to appeal to. When studions get their hands on somthing like this there not thinking about fan service they are thinking about how to make it mainstream, carry it along on its cult popularity and make as much money as possible.
It’s easy to lay the blame at Hollywoods door but the live action Death Note sucked ballz too. In fact thats my prediction Dragonball live action move will be as good as the Death Note live action movie.

Whoever produced this masterpiece should hook up with Fiddy Cent and create another brilliant movie, may i suggest Titanic 2, War of the Worlds 3 or perhaps a sequel to Virgin mummies, man i loved that film.

They shouldn’t call it Dragonball, just say it’s a movie loosely based on the Dragonball saga and maybe, just maybe, it could be seen as something a little better than excrement.

the first db was cartoon was cheezy mix with intensaty & humor & in matter of fact all of them was that way the only thing dope about the cartoon was the fighting and explodesions & thats what drew all of us really so lets hope they got that part right the original db was all about goku running from and fighting with the red ribbon army then eventually fighting the ultament evil king piccolo who gets killed in battel & then spaws the piccolo we all know & luv two differnt piccolos / father & son. in the sequal dbz there should be a diffent more adult looking goku becuz he comes back bigger buffer & he has kid & every thing from drawings too action gets a boost but still carries that cheezy humor. so dont be mad but dragon ball has always had that great mixture of making somting chezzy into somthing so intense ur parent use to go oh no thats too violent. keep the fath kamahamahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Ƞ

This is not dragonball, from what I’ve seen so far, way too far from it. Goku look’s too smart and this selfdoubt-thing is just out of character, and he’s the main character !!!

I have a suspicion that this might not be the actual movie because why should they make so many errors in the storyline? And why leave such an influential character as Krilin out of the movie? Oh my God! Why did they screw Dragonball Z up. The cast dont even look like the originals. Bulma hair is supposed to be colorful.
